Eslead Hotel Osaka Tsuruhashi is very clean and spacious, featuring a comfortable sofa, dining table, kitchenette, and separate bathroom. Its location is perfect, just a short walk to JR Tsuruhashi Station and only a few stops to Namba. the self-check-in and out process is smooth and convenient, allowing for easy luggage storage with cable locks. the room comes well-equipped with a washing machine, fridge, and microwave, making it suitable for families and long stays.

Check-in at 3 pm, check-out at 10 am. Beds are somewhat stiff.

All the staff was friendly and good, tackled my issues. My comfort quadruple room was available with climate control, multi-channel TV and a microwave.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic! the rooms are like mini-apartments with small kitchens, making it super convenient for us. the size of the room was impressive, and having a washer and dryer in the bathroom was a lifesaver, especially after long days of exploring. the location is prime, just a quick walk to the subway and close to plenty of restaurants and convenience stores like Family Mart and 7-Eleven. Plus, the digital check-in made the arrival process a breeze.

Everything was good during 4 days, really enjoyed its marvellous location just next door to several convenience stores, very close to the subway station and many amenties to use. The staff was friendly and created a family vibe.

loved my stay at this cozy spot in osaka! had a top floor room with a brand new view, spacious and spotless. yuusuke-san was a gem, and the location was prime with tons of restaurants nearby. the area is vibrant but not overwhelming, and close to all the action. eslead was a pleasant surprise!
